One of the challenges in launching the Document Express service was training a commercial print sales force to sell and implement a web-based service. Although they used web technology daily,
it was important to reinforce a thorough understanding of web fundamentals.
The training is a PowerPoint presentation with a User's and Facilitator's guide. It was designed to be delivered by regional and district sales managers. The PowerPoint has extensive notes to provide the managers with thorough knowledge of the product and technology. The Facilitator's guide includes guidelines for group activities and discussion points.
The "About the Facilitator's Guide" document explains the symbols used in the guides.
